I’m Julie Rose DeFeo and I created Gia Rosa to be a place for people to have fun while they learn beading and explore their creativity. I specialize in teaching beginners. What I hear the most from my students is “You’re so patient!” I will work with you at your pace and make sure that you feel comfortable with everything that you learn. I am always available to my students at any time they need help or have questions. I want you to feel great about what you learn and what you create with that new knowledge. I love working with people at that wonderful point of discovery. I’m with you every step of the way.
As you look through the class listings keep in mind that most of my classes actually run as one-on-one tutorials, so don’t be afraid to ask for exactly what you want and at a time that is convenient for you. I will match the class to your needs and interests. You can come to my home studio (complete with cats and dogs) or I can come to your location. I also offer “party” versions of my classes. Have a few friends over and make some jewelry together. It’s great fun and you all will walk away with your own unique piece. Several of the classes can be tailored to children and teens parties as well.
If you want to try jewelry making, beading or glass bead making why not jump right in and I’ll guide you through it all. I guarantee that you’ll have fun while learning.
